I thought there could be nothing better than waffle hash browns.That is,until I added kimchi.Because it's tangy and it's spicy and believe it or not,it's good for you.[MUSIC] I'm starting with my shredded potatoes and I'm going to add some beaten eggs as well as some melted butter Scallions,I like a lot of scallions and of course the kim chi.The kim chi.And to hold it together,I'm adding some flour and baking powder and then some salt.And we're going to mix that really well,get that [UNKNOWN] evenly distributed.You wanna have a tangy,spicy bite every time you go at that waffle.We're gonna go ahead and spoon the mixture onto our preheated waffle iron.I've greased it with a little melted butter.[音乐]你只想确保你把它放在一个均匀的层面上，这样它就可以很好的烹饪了。And 1 little bit more there.我们要把它关上，煮7到9分钟。It should be crispy on the outside and nice and tender on the inside.Alright,its been about 9 minutes.I am pretty sure the waffle is ready.We are going to go ahead and check it out.So just open the iron and Check out that waffle!You hear that?It's crazy crispy.We're gonna go ahead and transfer it to my plate.[MUSIC] Look at this waffle![MUSIC] Who knew the best way to mash up two of my favorite things was using a waffle iron?
