How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on US orders, and every package ships with tracking so you can follow it to your door.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Email support@tgcgear.com with your order number (and photos if anything arrived damaged), and we'll send you return instructions.
Will the masks fit me? What are they made of?
Both masks are one-size, full-head masks for adults, and the horned demon mask is recommended for ages 14+. They're made of natural rubber latex, so skip them if you have a latex allergy, and never wear one while driving. Each product page lists the measurements.
How are the maple leaf lights powered?
Choose Battery Box for a cordless garland with an on/off switch, or USB to run it from any USB adapter. Each garland is 19.7 ft (6 m) long, and you can buy 1, 2 or 3.
How do the bats stick to the wall?
Each pack comes with double-sided tape. Put a piece on the back of each bat and press it onto a clean, smooth surface. Try one bat on a hidden spot first, especially on painted walls.
